Sesshin means to "unify
the mind" and is a traditional, intensive pract-ice period in Zen
where one will sit for up to 10 hours a day. To partic-ipate in this
demanding regimen takes long training and is for the more experienced
sitter.
If you want to apply to a sesshin you will have to contact the center
at least one month beforehand.
Sesshins are led by Sante-sensei or Kanja-sensei.
