Zazen, seated
meditation, is the funda-mental practice in the Zen tradition. Many
centuries of experience have shown it to be the most effective way
of stilling and concentrating the mind. The practice of Zen is more
than a technique to attain enlightenment. It is also to realize the
truth of the moment of one´s heart.
Introductions to zazen are regularly organized by Zenbuddhistiska
samfundet.
